[Introduction of the Free Mold System] Innovative Premium Wine Paper Mold Package

This wine package, the first to adopt RESTUDIO’s Free Mold System, enables flexible small-batch production without the burden of mold costs, offering brands a significant advantage in testing and entering new markets. 

The package goes beyond being a simple protective container; it becomes a medium for creating new stories in every moment of enjoying wine. Inspired by the sculptural beauty of Niagara Falls, the design enhances the drinking experience with an additional layer of delight. With its modular (sub-parts) structure, the package universally accommodates different bottle shapes, and has been developed to securely pack wine bottles ranging from 200ml to 375ml. 

Crafted from 100% paper mold material, this premium package completely replaces plastic. It delivers comparable strength while being more cost-effective than conventional pulp molds, ensuring both sustainability and practicality. 

Unlike traditional wine packages, which often lose individuality and eco-friendliness due to standardized forms and film coatings, REVATION’s ice wine package embodies the production flexibility of the Free Mold System, the refined sensibility of premium branding, and complete recyclability.
